First Entry.... 01/26/2010
 
A lot of my friends and family have been contemplating the possibility of being laid off and not being happy with working to pay the bills as well as lost opportunities....and my answer is: It is never too late! 

How often do we see someone go back to school for a masters in their 60's? (my mom did) or this 100 year old New York man who recently passed away, but walked 5 miles a day rain or shine until the day he died, or Brett Farve being the oldest Quarterback to ever play in the NFL Playoffs, so, is it ever too late to live your dreams?

You have to try, if you don't try, you can't succeed, and some of the most successful people, have failed more than once before they succeed, it is all in how you look at it...let's take Jennifer Hudson, she failed to win the title of "American Idol", but, she instead received an academy award for her acting and singing, thus becoming an American Idol.  Same with Chris Daughtry, he was voted off before the finals, and he seems to be one of the most successful singer/songwriters going these days...so try, try do do what you love to do...

I am, I love to talk and reach out to people, converse, exchange ideas, talk sports and all that is behind what it takes to win, even if winning means getting back up after being pummled by a 300 pound defensive back, and not giving up..or missing the 3 pointer, but getting fouled and making all three free throws...get the point?
