I am so upset I can't even talk about it.

This is a year of no compromise...

Got busy with life...sorry it has been awhile..

Well, my favorite NBA team was swept out of the playoffs a couple weeks ago...the saddest thing I have witnessed in decades.  The Lakers went out with a bang, didn't they?  Although I do not condone violence on the court, and I agree it was a horrible display of bad sportsmanship, somewhere inside I felt a ping of joy when Bynum clocked Barea of Dallas as he went up for a layup.  The coffin was closed and almost completely shut, and that little dude taking it to giant Andrew when he was obviously down and out, he just had had enough, probably didn't foresee the giant impact of his block..but there is no excuse.  I have to admit, I cannot defend Andrew, he did intend to take him out..fortunately for Dallas, Barea got back up and continued to play in the game.

This wasn't the first time Bynum has done this, watch this video:

Now don't get me wrong, I have really never gotten over Pau and Andrew replacing Shaq, I was a huge Shaq fan, and almost gave up on the Lakers when they made that move, but then Jordan Farmar and Sasha V. and Luke Walton made up for the missing Shaq.  This 2011 Laker team was not the 2010 Laker team, the chemistry was not there all season, anyone could tell, you tear apart a championship team, and this is what happens, I blame the Buss's and Mitch K. and whomever had a part in breaking up the team from 2010...reminds me of when the Dodger won the world series mostly because of the chemistry on the team and not the talent, and the next season, the Dodgers were not the same team, literally.

Here is Lamar's foul of Dirk in this same playoff game, again not right, but Dirk didn't even fall down...overdone reaction IMO.  I was expecting some frustration, one of the most embarrassing games and the Lakers were down by 30 or so points for the entire 4th quarter.  I also heard from a reporter that Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and Dirk were taunting Lamar during and after his missed free throws.  Cheap shot, huh?  Your team is down and the owner is rubbing it in.

Also, earlier in another game, wasn't this almost as bad?  Jason Terry pushing Blake into the photographers?  No one was blasting Jason, the announcers hardly announce on what happened, they were soooo focused on the Laker's behavior!

What can I say....I am semi interested in the playoffs now.  I am hoping that Oklahoma steps up as well as Chicago, and those two team are in the championship!

Have a great day!
